Containing no soy lecithin but a high proportion of valuable cocoa butter instead, our organic and fair trade chocolate and coatings have been impressing our customers for about 25 years. Nowadays, our range has increased to include single-origin chocolate, vegan recipes and some using alternative sugar. Bespoke recipes to meet customer preferences are possible on volumes over 24 tonnes.
Single-origin chocolate – a rare treat
Our single-origin chocolate in organic quality is one of our special highlights. The cocoa comes from specific growing regions such as the Dominican Republic, Peru or Madagascar. Each source region brings its own characteristic flavour notes, ranging from fine and fruity to a strong but pleasantly bitter cocoa flavour. Since 2022, the cocoa butter and cocoa mass for our chocolate have all been produced at our own PRONATEC Swiss Cocoa Production factory, the world’s only exclusively organic cocoa processing plant. Our clear statement of origin and the complete traceability right along the production chain are unique in the couverture production business, and offer the manufacturers of chocolate products, baked goods and confectionery the opportunity to tell the story behind their product and so differentiate themselves from the competition.

Vegan chocolate and alternative sugar
The demand for vegan chocolate is increasing. Our purely plant-based recipes offer the creamy richness and intense cocoa flavour of traditional chocolate. With the addition of high-quality ingredients such as rice drink powder or ground hazelnuts, all the products are impressive for their flavour. Recipes using coconut blossom sugar as an alternative source of sweetness appeal to health-conscious consumers.
Bespoke organic chocolate to meet customer requirements
If customers order more than 24 tonnes, they have the option of working with us to develop their own bespoke couverture recipe. We are specialists in helping you to create customised chocolate with its own distinctive flavour profile that will perfectly enhance your end product. This offers you a way of standing out on the market by having your own unique recipe.

All our chocolate is produced in compliance with organic guidelines and are guaranteed free of genetically modified ingredients. All our organic chocolate is also available with Fairtrade (VPT or FFL) and other certifications.
